Big Face Bear Amigurumi Crochet Free Pattern

Hi everyone. For making this big face bear I'm using brown colored yarn for all the body and embroider the nose with black yarn. I don't know exactly what size the yarn I'm using, I use 2 strands of it and this is cotton yarn. For hook, I'm using 2,5 mm. You can use any size of yarn you have with a suitable hook. I hope you find this pattern helpful. 

Abbreviations :

mr : magic ring

ch : chain

sc : single crochet

inc : increase / 2sc in 1 stitch

dec : decrease / sc2tog

f/o : fasten off

LEGS (2)

first leg

1. magic ring 10 single crochets (10)

2-6. sc around   (10)

fasten off

second leg

1. magic ring 10 single crochets (10)

2-6. sc around (10)

do not fasten off, we'll continue to crochet the body

BODY

7. chain 2, join the second leg to the first leg. sc around the first leg (10), sc across chain 2 (2) then sc around the second leg (10) then sc across chain 2 (2). We will have 24 sc (24).

8-13. sc around (10)

14. ( sc 2, dec ) x 6   (18)

15. sc around   (18)

fasten off.

stuff all the legs and bod.

HEAD

1. magic ring single crochet 6  (6)

2. increase x 6 (12)

3. ( sc, inc ) x 6  (18)

4. ( sc 2, inc ) x 6  (24)

5. ( sc 3, inc ) x 6  (30)

6. ( sc 4, inc ) x 6  (36)

stuff the head, cut the yearn and leave long yarn for sewing.

ASSEMBLY

- insert and glue the eyes on the head between round 15-16, 11 stitches apart.

- embroider the nose with black yarn on 5th to 8th stitch from left eyes ( look at the video above)

- sew the ears on the head between round 5-10.
