Gingerbread Man Crochet Tutorial

Hi everyone.

To make a gingerbread man, I'm using reddish brown soft cotton yarn. You can use any type and or size of yarn with a suitable crochet hook. I embroider the leg and arm parts with white yarn and 8 mm safety eyes.

(sc 8, dec) x 2 (18) 13. (sc, dec) x 6 (12) 14. sc around (12) HEAD 15. (sc, inc) x 6 (18) 16. (sc2, inc) x 6 (24) 17. (sc3, inc) x 6 (30) 18-21. sc around (30) 22. (sc3,dec) x 6 (24) 23. (sc2,dec) x 6 (18) begin to stuff 24. (sc, dec) x 6 (12) 25. dec x 6 (6) fasten off ARMS (make 2) 1. magic ring 8 sc (8) 2-6 sc around (8) fasten off, leave long yarn for sewing BOW into magic ring (make chain 3, dc, chain 3 then slip stitch into the magic ring) x 2 ASSEMBLY place eyes between round 19- 20, 5 stitches apart embroider the hands and the feet as seen in the video
